In ancient Greek, ἐτεόν means true. That single word, is our entire menu.

We are not trying to reinvent Greek cuisine. We are trying to be worthy of it.

Every dish that arrives at your table has a story that begins long before the kitchen. It begins in the hands of a farmer in the Rhodian countryside, in the water of the Aegean, in the olive groves that have been standing longer than memory. At Eteon, we don't simply cook food. We honour a relationship — between the land and the plate, between tradition and the present moment, between you and the place you are sitting in.

For those who believe that the finest table is one built on truth.

Eteon is proud to be recognised among the most distinguished restaurants in Greece — not for spectacle, but for sincerity. The NFL Best Restaurants award reflects what we have always believed: that cooking with integrity, with seasonal discipline and ethical sourcing, is its own form of excellence.

The Name, The Promise

Eteon 19.03.26-54_0.5x.webp

Eteon — ἔτεον — is not a brand name. It is a declaration. In ancient Greek, it means authentic, true to something, genuine in its nature. We chose it because we could think of no word more fitting for what we are trying to do, and no weight we'd rather carry.

In a world where words like "organic", "local", and "traditional" have been reduced to labels and selling points, we wanted a name that demanded something of us, every single day.

The name is the standard. The food is the proof.
