Greek cuisine is one of the oldest, most layered, most emotionally rich food traditions in the world. It was built over centuries, by grandmothers and fishermen, by islands and seasons, by necessity and abundance.
At Eteon, we see ourselves as stewards of that tradition. We take the essence of Greek cooking, its simplicity, its directness, its love for the ingredient above all else, and we bring it into the present without losing what makes it eternal.
