Every dish is prepared with organic, local ingredients sourced exclusively from Rhodes and the surrounding region. Nothing is imported for show. Nothing is on this list that doesn't belong here.
Come with an appetite. Leave with a conviction.
We hope that a meal at Eteon does more than satisfy hunger. We hope it makes you think — about where food comes from, about what it means to eat well, about the island you're sitting on and the hands that made what's on your plate.
That is the true ambition of this table. And it is, we think, a worthy one.
